Studium is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Studium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Studium; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on Studium; (iii) any content obtained from Studium; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Studium reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of Studium after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Future Subscription Model

Studium is currently a free service. However, we may introduce a subscription model in the future to support the ongoing development and improvement of our platform. If we introduce a subscription model, we will provide you with adequate notice and the option to continue using the free version or upgrade to a paid subscription.
